Managing Partner
Sky Low is an Approved Company Licensed Auditor and Licensed Company Secretary. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant. He is also an MBA holder.
Sky Low started his career in the commercial and professional sector at a very young age and has more than 13 years of working experience in administration, corporate restructuring, mergers, accounting and financial management of various industries such as construction, advertising, technology, manufacturing, investment holding, property development and real estate investments. He also engaged in corporate advisory such as forensic audit, financial & commercial due diligence, business valuation, review of financial forecast. Sky held several senior positions in MNC, public listed company in Bursa Malaysia and ASX Australia during his career, including managing in IPO and MSC status company.
KK Lee
Audit & Assurance
Lee is an Approved Company Licensed Auditor and Licensed Tax Agent. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia, and the Institute of Internal Auditors of Malaysia. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of London and an Honours Degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. With 18 years of audit and financial management experience, Lee began his career at Big Four accounting firm, working with multinational groups and public listed companies. He later held a senior financial position at a public company listed on Bursa Malaysia. Subsequently, he joined an international accounting firm and advanced to the role of Audit Partner. Lee has extensive experience serving clients ranging from SMEs to large conglomerates and public listed companies. He has acted as the reporting accountant for IPOs and corporate exercises, including fund raising and regularisation plans.
Alice Lim

Alice is a Licensed Tax Agent and Approved GST Tax Agent with over 10 years of professional experience. She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Alice career includes serving as the Head of Tax Services and Co-Head of the Tax Department at mid-tier accounting firms in Malaysia. She has extensive experience in corporate and individual tax compliance, tax audits and investigations, tax advisory, and transfer pricing advisory for public listed companies and multinational corporations.
Dato’ Dr Fam

Dato' Dr Fam is a Life Member of the Malaysian Association of Company Secretaries (MACS), Associate member of Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), Fellow of Institute of Cooperative and Management Accountants, Malaysia (ICMA), Associate member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and Associate member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland (CPA). On top of that, Dato’ Fam is also a PhD and MBA holder.
Dato' Dr Fam has vast experience in financial accounting, company secretarial and taxation matters in the private sector. He started his own practice since 1996. He is an approved tax consultant under Section 153 of the Income Tax Act 1967 and Goods and Services Tax (GST) tax agent under Section 170 of the GST Act 2014 both approved by the Ministry of Finance. He is specialised in tax advisory, compliance, tax investigations and tax audit.
